Completed interim assignments

Interim assignments are typically undertaken on a direct basis and have included the following:

  • Recruitment of a management team to develop and support a planning and reporting framework for a media infrastructure provider.
  • Creation of a pricing and cost model for a new business unit within the world’s largest mobile telecoms operator. The assignment also included assistance in developing pricing proposals for a number of major international bids, and help with drafting a standard contract framework for a prospective telecoms reseller.
  • Development of an FM (Facilities Management) operating strategy, change programme and new outsource contract for the UK’s second largest telecommunications supplier.

Completed associate projects

While sharing a common ‘transformation’ or ‘change’ theme, past projects have been quite diverse and include both public and private sector work. Most have involved process re-engineering, organisational changes, modelling, strategy and planning, and the re-design of performance reporting frameworks. Project management and consulting work has been undertaken on behalf of a number of mid-tier boutique consultancies. Projects have included:

  • Review of the Environment Services unit of a large local council, and the production of a report recommending a new outsource strategy.
  • Multiple reviews of various organisations in telecommunications and financial services; the development of recommendations and the implementation of those recommendations. Work has been undertaken across the UK and Ireland.
